Attorneys for Toni Braxton, the singer and Grammy Award winner, have announced that they are moving Ms. Braxton's lawsuit to New York State Court against Barry Hankerson, her former manager, and Blackground Records, LLC, for fraud and breach of contract.

Sir Elton John and David Furnish will host the 15th annual Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) Academy Awards(R) Viewing Party. The event will be held on Sunday, February 25, 2007 at the Pacific Design Center and will be co-sponsored by Audi, Chopard and VH1. EJAF's party to celebrate the Academy Awards(R) is one of the Foundation's most successful and visible fundraisers of the year.

Her most ambitious North American tour to date, Gwen's 40 stop trek kicks off on April 22nd at Coors Amphitheatre in San Diego, California, and concludes on June 23rd at Irvine, California's Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Digital music consumers listen to more music, enjoy more new music, talk more about music and attend more concerts, according to a survey released today by the Digital Media Association (DiMA). Nearly 60 percent of online music consumers report that they are listening to more music since they started using an online service. The 1008 consumers surveyed enjoy Internet radio, subscription music services, and pay-per- download music services, including AOL Radio, Yahoo! Music, iTunes, Rhapsody, Zune, Urge, Napster, Pandora, Live365 and others.

Napster today announced that it expects to report results that are ahead of the Company's prior guidance for the third fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2006. When Napster releases financial results on February 8, 2007, it anticipates reporting more than $28 million in revenue and 566,000 paid worldwide subscribers, including university and Napster Japan subscribers. In addition, Napster reported that its subscribers downloaded 500 million songs and over 700 million music streams in calendar 2006.
